“Over the years I’ve been a Santa Cruz County Open Studio Artist in oils, pastels and ceramics. I enjoy working in these medias equally and lately have been concentrating on clay sculptures. I’ve exhibited throughout the United States from California to New York and Massachusetts.
After studying art at UCSC and Cabrillo College locally, I traveled world wide studying art in France, Italy, Mexico and England. I’ve also studied oils under a well-known Czech painter in Portland, Oregon.
Currently I serve on the Executive Board of the Tannery Arts Center Project in Santa Cruz. I’m a past President of the Santa Cruz Art League and will serve on the Santa Cruz County Cultural Council beginning July 2007.
